Emily Hoinville

Born and bred in the Hawkesbury, Emily has a double degree in Law and Communications from the University of Western Sydney. Emily also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law in 2020. Emily was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a Solicitor in May 2020. She is also admitted to the High Court of Australia and practices in the Federal Courts.

Emily has been an integral member of the John Hall Lawyers team for over five years, assisting in conveyancing, wills and estates, estate litigation, civil litigation and commercial matters before concentrating on Family Law and general litigation. Emily is highly organised and detail oriented, and ensures her clients receive excellent representation.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys travelling, painting and designing.
